Privacy

Kirk Research Services respects the privacy of our clients and their customers.  We collect information volunteered by respondents who participate in our studies. Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, retention and security of information gathered from respondents. We do not disclose any personally identifiable information about survey respondents to third parties, except in reporting the survey responses to our clients or as required by law or legal process.  Personally identifiable information means information that individually identifies individuals, such as names, addresses, email addresses or social security numbers.

We collect a wide range of information volunteered by respondents, depending on the information needs of the study. Generally, our surveys may request certain personal, identifiable, financial or demographic information and respondents' specific opinions about a variety of goods and services, among other things. Such information is voluntarily provided and the respondent may decline to answer any question.

From time to time, we may use names on our database for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future, we will advise you by updating this privacy policy statement. Disclaimer: Kirk Research is dedicated to continually improving its web sites by adding new functionality, products, services and programs. Because of those improvements - along with the changes in the law, technology, and our business offerings – Kirk Research reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time. The latest version of our privacy policy will be available on our web site and will indicate the date that it went into effect. This Privacy Policy is effective as of 20 August 2007.
